Carrying through the state, provincial and municipal laws, regulations and provisions on planning, construction, land, municipal construction, surveying, environment and bidding management carefully;

Preparing, revising, adjusting and improving the Park’s overall development plan, special municipal plan, coordinating the preparation and implementation of specialized pipeline plans;

Assisting in applying for approval of the proposal and three certificates for construction projects in the Park, and settling the final acceptance formalities;

Constructing and managing municipal roads, bridges, drainage, blow-off, power, landscaping facilities;

Assisting the Daliang Sub-district Office in land requisition, land takeover, relocation and resettlement, ensuring the land for construction of the Park and the land transferred is put into use on schedule;

Carrying out and managing various surveys;

Carrying out environmental assessment and protection of the Park, assisting the superior environmental protection authorities in implementing regulations on environmental control and performing environmental impact evaluation and presenting situation investigation of construction projects.
