Carrying through all investor investment promotion policies;

Drafting the Park’s long-term plan and actions plans for investment promotion and organizing the implementation thereof;

Collecting information on investment promotion policies, learning the latest investment information around the world, and providing a basis of decision-making to the leadership;

Performing preliminary assessment and liaison of investment projects, negotiating about and introducing projects;

Selecting, authorizing and managing investment promotion agencies;

Designing, propagandizing and planning the Park’s overall image;

Contacting, organizing and participating in investment road shows held worldwide;

Compiling and printing investment promotion materials;

Providing approval service for capital increase projects;
